Position: Trainee to the two VP's and Director of Custom Sales

Job Type: Full Time Sales and Administrative

Experience: College Graduate, plus one to three years part or full time experience in operations of a retail store, sports marketing, or team concession sales

Additional Information: Any experience in cold call selling, outbound telemarketing, customer service helpful

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the company’s products, selling motion, channels of distribution and who how when and where we market our products
  • Learn the competition’s strengths and weaknesses compared to our strengths and weaknesses
  • Make suggestion to VP's and Director of Custom Sales on how we can increase sales and penetration, cross sell products, and gain more productivity from outside sales associates
  • Actually sell our company’s products under the guidance of VP's and Director Custom Sales through traditional methods and testing different channels than those utilized historically
  • Transfer leads to the VP's and Director Custom Sales when unable to close hot prospects.
  • Assist in the development of lead generating methods and help with the implementation of same
  • Suggest better ways to handle simple and complex problems to optimize sales and add customers
  • Learn about the industry and participate with the key players in our organization to develop into a dynamic and contributory team player of the sales and marketing staff
